J. Mark Anthony White, known as J, was born and raised in Orlando, joined the SOBC team in May 2024. He has served at churches in Texas, Virginia and Ohio that has shaped him into a multicultural leader and multigenerational musician. J is passionate about coaching and equipping others for the work of ministry. Recently, he has expanded his influence through social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, where he teaches thousands of musicians on playing hymns and gospel music. Beyond local outreach, J has taken part in mission trips around the world. Including places like Japan, South Africa, and Belgium. He has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, and The Clark Sisters. On June 25, 2024, J celebrated 30 years of marriage to his wife and best friend, Juanita, and together they have raised three beautiful adult daughters.
