The Evil of Sin and Its Effects
As we are battling sin and the Devil in South Orlando and beyond, I want to equip you with something that I read recently that was helpful to me.
While it may be somewhat difficult to read, I have edited the work of the puritan Richard Baxter on the topic of “the evil of sin and its effects,” to make his writing more accessible. I share this with you all because I believe we are in a spiritual battle as a church. We must battle against sin in our own lives to become effective agents for God’s use in our church and in our community. I found my reading of this material to be helpful towards understanding better what sin is, and increasing my dislike towards it.
