The 20/20 Vision

The following areas of focus have been set for completion before the end of the year 2020:

 

1)    The Debt Goal – To have the current debt completely paid off.

2)    The World Goal – To plant 1 church, adopt an unreached people group, finance a Jesus film, and to involve more people in mission trips.

3)    The First Impressions Goal – Improve our buildings, grounds, and website.

4)    The Worship Goal – To establish 3 worship services weekly. To equip members with tools for improvement in corporate worship and private worship. 

5)    The Discipleship Goal – To begin 12 new small groups. Annual training for group leaders. Focus on equipping families for discipling their children and equipping marriages.

6)    The Leadership Goal – To provide a simplified church structure and to define a clarity of roles for each committee. To focus on a proper staff to member ratio.

7)    The School Goal – To seek a unified vision between the church and school.
