When you borrow anything, please be sure to leave the charging (sign-out) card from the item…even if you intend to bring it right back!
We MUST have your first and last name on the charging cards. (RCA classes are the only ones exempt from this rule.)
NON-MEMBERS: Please leave your phone # / address and names of all persons in your family who are checking out items.
BOOKS/ AUDIO BOOKS: Stamp the date due on both the charging card and the book pocket. Sign the card and place it in the CARD DROP box. (Non-members include your address/phone # on a separate slip of paper).
VIDEOS/ DVDS: Remove the green charging card from inside the video case, sign it, and date it 1 week from today. Put the same date on the Date Due pocket inside the case. Place the card in the CARD DROP box.
